You will learn skills in the following areas: Mindfulness With the exception of the first session, which is a general orientation to the course, the first half of each group is dedicated to a brief mindfulness practice and homework review, while the second half is focused on teaching a new set of skills. The Emotion Regulation Skills Group is a closed group consisting of 6-8 participants who are 18 years of age or older.
